This notice explains how Keel North collects, uses and protects the personal data you enter in the contact form on this site, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Who is responsible
Keel North is Keel North Software Engineering Co., Ltd., registration no. 0395569000655, head office 57/2 Moo 7, Mueang Mai, Si Bun Rueang, Nong Bua Lamphu 39180, Thailand. For anything about your personal data, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Your name, email, company and phone (if given).
- The service you are interested in, your budget range, and what you tell us about the project.
- Any files you choose to attach (up to 5), such as a brief, a specification or screenshots.
- A record of your consent: which version of this notice you saw, and when you sent the form.
Why we use it
- To reply and discuss your enquiry, as a step before any contract.
- To send occasional updates, only if you ticked the separate box for that.
We never sell your data or use it for anything not listed here.
Who can see it
Only the founder reads enquiries. Data is stored on a cloud server in the United States, run for us by a hosting provider under a data-processing agreement, and passes through the email provider that delivers the founder's notification. Attached files stay on that server: they are never sent on by email or LINE, and they are deleted together with your enquiry. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 35 days, so anything you ask us to delete is gone from the backups within that time.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact, or straight away if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you think we have mishandled it, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Cookies and visit counts
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and serves its fonts itself. Your language and theme choices stay in your own browser. So does a form you leave part-way: your browser keeps what you typed, without attachments, for up to 7 days so you don't lose it. It reaches us only when you press send, and is deleted once sent or when you choose “Clear form”.
We count visits on our own server, as daily totals for each page and the name of the site that linked to it. No cookie is used, nothing is sent to an analytics service, and your IP address and browser details are not kept, so these counts can't identify you.
